Tham Jie Ying, Jane
Jane graduated from Universiti Utara Malaysia in 2020. She was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in year 2021. She underwent her pupillage at Messrs. HL Lee & Co. and was subsequently retained by the same. She later joined Messrs. Ong and Manecksha as legal associates in year 2026.
Her area of practice includes conveyancing matters involving sub-sale and project transactions. She also advises financial institutions on property financing matters, including drawdown documentation and the perfection of loan documents of both conventional and Islamic financing facilities. She also handles others matters including wills and estate administration matters.
